We have a wide range of roles that we recruit to. Some people have particular skills or training that lend themselves to one role over another, while others know already where they'd fit best. During the recruitment process we try and assess you so we can both arrive at the right decision.

Guest Experience – (Medical Host)

Working within the Guest Experience Team, with responsibility for delivering first-class first-aid care to guests and team members as required, you will need to be at least First-Aid-at-Work qualified. A vital member of the Incident Management Team, you will also provide administrative support for incidents and accidents as well as for the Company Doctor and Occupational Health Nurse.

Guest Experience – (Security Host)

Working within the Guest Experience Team, you will be responsible for the security and wellbeing of guests and staff, and take a lead role in promoting a safe and enjoyable environment. Duties will include searching, protection of assets and cash, conflict and incident management. You will also be required to deliver basic first aid and customer-care directly to our guests as required.

Guest Experience - (Guest Services Host)

Working within the Guest Experience Team, you will be responsible for resolving and recording problems and pro-actively recovering guest experience. Other duties will include re-uniting lost property with guests, helping guests with disabilities, managing guest-related communication and providing administrative support to both Guest and Medical Services.

You will have excellent guest interaction, administration and communications skills, plus the ability to remain calm and objective in conflict situations.

Rides & Attractions Host

The rides and attractions department is split into three areas. These are all high-pressure, customer facing operational roles that require absolute professionalism at all times. If you are over 18 years of age you could be trained to operate one of our many rides.

 

Admissions & Advance Sales Host

We're all about entry into the Park. You could find yourself dealing with booking enquiries, selling annual passes and tickets, driving sales and promotions, operating turnstiles and directing queues, to highlight just a fraction of the available options. Typical hours are 9am - 3pm although longer hours may be available.

Retail Host

Working within one of the themed shops on the park, your key duties will include meeting sales targets, serving guests, operating tills, re-stocking shelves, ensuring shop displays are well presented and maintaining the cleanliness of the unit. You will play an important part in promoting the wide variety of products on offer and helping guests make their choice.

Sales & Promotions Host

We are looking for resilient, energised and customer-focused individuals to work in this fast-paced department. Working within one of the Ticket & Information units, you will be responsible for maximising sales on ticket-based products by upselling at every opportunity. Other duties will include till operation, assisting with data capture, handing out leaflets and providing park information to our guests. It's a position for target-driven people who enjoy pressured environments and find it easy to form immediate relationships with the general public.

Food & Beverage Host

Cash Office Host

Duties will include counting cash, balancing tills, making up and issuing cash floats and ensuring procedures are met regarding witnessing the emptying, counting and reconciliation of cash from arcade machines. Whilst this role does not involve day-to-day contact with our guests, you will need to be customer-focused, and happy to work within a small, highly organised team. You will also need to be extremely organised, an accurate eye for detail is essential.

Entertainments Host

We are looking for outgoing, customer-focused individuals to work in a show venue for Easter, Half-Term and main summer periods. Duties will include reporting show attendance figures, completing show reports, guiding guests to their seats and ensuring cleanliness of the area is maintained.

Car Park Host

The Car Park Team has the important task of ensuring that every single guest receives a pleasant welcome to the Park. Keeping the Car Park safe, clean and secure are the key objectives.

Site Cleaning Host

Every day from morning to night, it is our responsibility to keep the presentation standards across the Park as high as possible, to ensure that the Park looks and feels as good as it should at all times.

Waste Management Host

Want a job that keeps you fit and in the fresh air? Then join this small team with a huge responsibility. Keeping the bins empty is just the beginning, with Recycling and Waste Management being the key objectives.

Washroom Host

When we have 17,000 Guests on-park, keeping our toilets clean and in excellent working order can be a task to be proud of. You would also be required to carry out minor repairs within the toilet blocks.

Cast Facilities Host

Part of your role will be to issue and maintain cast uniforms, as well as being responsible for enforcing the appearance standards of the Company. Other duties include stocktaking, administration and issuing cast ID passes.

Warehouse Host

Various positions are available within this department including Forklift drivers and Stock handlers. Main responsibilities include distribution of stock, receiving goods, picking stock orders and assisting in stock counts. Drivers need to be aged at least 21, and possess a full driving license. This role involves early shifts.
